Working Out Your Seats

Not sure which plan you need? Count how many people need to log into A.X.E.L:

• You (the boss) = 1 seat
• Office manager who handles quotes = 1 seat
• Team members who update job progress = 1 seat each
• Labourers who just follow instructions = 0 seats

Remember — a "seat" is someone who logs into A.X.E.L. If your labourer doesn't need to see the pipeline or update anything, they don't need a seat.

WhatsApp Bot Add-On

The WhatsApp bot isn't included in the base plans — it's an optional add-on you can bolt onto any plan. Monthly fee, cancel anytime.

Why an add-on? Because not everyone needs it. If you get most of your work through word of mouth and don't want a bot handling messages, no problem — don't pay for it.

But if you've got a website generating enquiries and you want them captured automatically, it's a no-brainer.

30 Days Free with a Website

If you get your business website built through A.X.E.L, you get 30 days free on your subscription. That includes whichever plan you pick.

The idea's simple — your website drives leads, A.X.E.L manages them. Try the whole thing together and see how it works for your business before you commit.

After 30 days, your subscription kicks in at the normal rate. No auto-upgrade tricks — you stay on whatever plan you chose.

Switching Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades kick in at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose anything you've paid for.

No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fees. If it's not working for you, cancel and go. Simple as that.
